Our KYB Process
We operate a thorough Know Your Business (KYB) verification system for every company that registers on Gigrithm.
Before a company can access any platform features such as posting projects, creating challenges, or inviting professionals, they are reviewed and approved by our verification team.
What KYB confirms
Our KYB process is designed to confirm that every company on Gigrithm is legitimate, properly registered, and who they say they are.
What Happens After Verification
Once a company is verified:
- Their account is approved and activated
- They can post projects, create challenges, and invite professionals
- Their verified status is visible to professionals they interact with
If a company does not pass verification, we notify them with a clear reason and give them the opportunity to provide additional information or appeal the decision.
Ongoing Monitoring
Verification does not stop at sign-up. We continue to monitor company accounts on the platform on an ongoing basis.
Any company found to have misrepresented themselves, or whose conduct falls below our standards, will have their account suspended or removed.
Escrow Payment Protection
Every payment made through Gigrithm is held in escrow. Funds are only released to professionals after the company explicitly approves the completed work. This protects professionals from non-payment and ensures accountability on both sides of every engagement.
Your Safety Is Our Standard
At Gigrithm, verification is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time checkbox. Every professional on our platform can engage with every verified company with confidence.
If you have a concern about a company you have encountered on Gigrithm, you can report it directly through the platform and our team will investigate promptly.
